摘要

目的: 考察白头翁皂苷类成分在肠道菌群中的降解动力学特征

为阐明白头翁发挥药效的作用机制提供参考。方法: 采用HPLC-ELSD测定白头翁皂苷B3

Abstract

Objective: To elucidate pharmacodynamic mechanism of Pulsatillae Radix by investigating degradation dynamics of its saponins in intestinal flora. Method: HPLC-ELSD was adopted to determinate contents of pulchinenoside B3
