摘要

目的: 研究厚朴的化学成分. 方法: 采用硅胶

ODS 柱色谱

Sephadex LH-20和半制备液相色谱等技术分离纯化

结合 ESI-MS

NMR等现代波谱学技术进行结构鉴定. 结果: 分离并鉴定了9个化合物

分别为(7S

8R)-syringoylglycerol(1)

4-二羟基-烯丙基苯-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)

4-二羟基-烯丙基苯-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖 (1→6)β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)

synapicaldehyde-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)

丁香脂素双葡萄糖苷(5)

5-三甲氧基苯基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)

厚朴酚(7)

和厚朴酚(8)

4-O-methylhonokiol(9). 结论: 化合物 6 为首次从厚朴中分离得到.

Abstract

Objective: To study the water-soluble chemical constituents from the stem bark of Magnolia officinalis. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel

ODS

Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC.Their structures were identified on the basis of ESI-MS

UV and NMR spectra. Result: Nine compounds were isolated and elucidated as (7S

8R)-syringoylglycerol(1)

4-dihydroxy-allylbenzene-3-O-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)β-D-glucopyranoside(2)

4-dihydroxy-allylbenzene-3-O-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)β-D-glucopyranoside(3)synapticaldehyde-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)

syringaresinol-di-O-β-D-glucopynanoside(5)

5-trimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)

magnolol(7)

honokiol(8)

4-O-methylhonokiol(9). Conclusion: Compounds 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
