Meta-analysis on Random-control Experiment of Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction with Ginkgo Biloba Extract
Objective: Studies that have been published in China on the curative effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on acute cerebral infarction were searched and analyzed by Meta-analysis
in order to provide some evidences in treating cerebral infarction. Method: All the studies that have been searched and strictly evaluated through meta-analysis by the software Stata12.0
to evaluate the curative effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on acute cerebral infarction. Result: Totally 25 studies including 2 292 cases were analyzed. Compared with the control group
the OR merge value of neurological Ginkgo biloba extract defect efficacy of treatment of acute cerebral infarction was 3.35
95% CI (2.57
4.38)
the OR merger value of neurological deficits therapy weighted mean difference (WMD) was -3.12
95%CI (-3.96
-2.28). Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba extract has the effect to improve the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and improve nerve function defect.
