摘要

目的: 对中药大通筋的化学成分进行研究。方法: 利用硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱等多种色谱分离技术进行分离纯化

根据理化常数和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果: 从大通筋根茎中共分离得到9个单体化合物

分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)

表木栓醇(2)

木栓酮(3)

5'-三甲氧基-7-甲基黄酮(4)

大黄素甲醚(5)

大黄素(6)

4'-三羟基-7

8-二甲氧基黄酮(7)

β-胡萝卜苷(8)

蒙花苷(9)。结论: 所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Nine compounds were isolated from the rhizome of Smilax hypoglauca by column chromatography on silica gel and recrystallization. The structures of the these isolated compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis(MS

13C-NMR

IR). These compounds were identified as β-sitosterol(1)

epifredelinol(2)

friedelin(3)

7-methyl-5

5'-trimethoxy-flavone(4)

physcion(5)

emodin(6)

4'-trihydroxy-7

8-dimethoxy-flavone(7)

β-daucosterol(8)

linarin(9).All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
