Determination of 11 Constituents in Yinchenhao Tang Composed by Decoction Pieces from 10 Hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Objective: To establish HPLC method for simultaneously determining 11 constituents in Yinchenhao Tang composed by decoction pieces from 10 hospitals. Method: HPLC was used on Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5μm)
with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as a mobile phase in gradient elution
at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 30℃ and detection wave length was set at 254 nm. Result: The mass of gallic acid
