Simultaneous Determination of Five Effective Components in Fufang Shuanghua Jujuepian by HPLC
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for simultaneously determining the contents of chlorogenic acid
caffeic acid forsythin
andrographalide and dehydroandrographalide in Fufang Shuanghua Jujuepian. Method: RP-HPLC was carried out on a hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm
5μm). The mobile phase was A(acetonitrile)-B(0.2% formic acid) in the gradient elution mode(0-8 min
4%-13%A;8-24 min
13%-14%A;24-25 min
14%-26%A;25-65 min
26%-33%A;65-70 min
33%-50%A). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 240 nm. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃. Result: The calibration curves of chlorogenic acid
caffeic acid
forsythin
andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were in good linearity within the range of 0.2825-2.8250μg(r=0.9995)

0.1588-1.5875μg(r=0.9995)
0.1488-1.4875μg(r=0.9994) and the average recoveries were 97.3%(RSD of 1.2%)

reliable and specific
and can be applied for quality control of Fufang Shuanghua Jujuepian.
