Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint spectrum of flavonoids in Gynostemma pentaphyllum. Method:HPLC was performed on ZORBAX SB -C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm
5μm)
eluting in a gradient mode with the mobile phase of acetonitrile (A)-0.2%H3 PO4 as (B) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 30℃. The detection wavelength was 360 nm. The injection volume was 10μL. Result:Eleven common characteristic peaks were identified as fingerprint peaks
the methodological study was consistent with the technical requirements. Conclusion:The established method is stable
reliable and highly accurate
and can provide reference for quality control of G.pentaphyllum.
