摘要

目的:建立一种简便、可靠的控制芪术益气润肠颗粒质量的方法。方法:采用HPLC测定芪术益气润肠颗粒中黄芪甲苷、松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量

对其中的黄芪、白术、枳壳饮片进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果:毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷在0.0414~0.207 μg

松果菊苷0.1467~0.7335 μg

毛蕊花糖苷0.0351~0.1755 μg

均成良好的线性关系;相关系数分别为0.9995

0.9996;平均回收率在97.8%~102.2%

RSD在1.8%~2.3%。薄层色谱中检出了黄芪、白术、枳壳的特征斑点

阴性对照无干扰。结论:该方法重复性好、简便、快速

能够有效控制芪术颗粒的质量。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a simple and reliable quality control method for Qizhu Yiqi Runchang granules. Method: The contents of calycosinglucoside

echinacoside

andacteoside were determined by HPLC

and Astragali Radix

Atractylodes Macrocephalae Rhizoma

and Aurantii Fructus were identified by thin-layer chromatography(TLC). Result: The good linear ranges were 0.041 4-0.207 μg for calycosinglucoside

0.146 7-0.733 5μg for echinacoside

and 0.035 1-0.175 5 μg for acteoside;correlation coefficient was 0.999 5

0.999 5 and 0.999 6

respectively. The average recovery rate was 97.8%-102.2%

with RSD of 1.8%-2.3%.Simultaneously

the characteristic spots of Astragali Radix

Atractylodes Macrocephalae Rhizoma

and Aurantii Fructus were detected by TLC

and the negative control test showed no interference. Conclusion: This method is reproducible

simple and fast

and can be used to effectively control the quality of Qizhu Yiqi Runchanggranule.
