Objective: To observe the effect of Yishen Jiangzhuo Huayu decoction and disassembled formulas on expression of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in rats with adenine-induced renal interstitial fibrosis

and explore the mechanism of Yishen Jiangzhuo Huayu decoction on renal interstitial fibrosis. Method: Totally 70 SPF male SD rats were divided into normal group
