摘要

目的: 对三七药性菌质中正丁醇部位的化学成分进行研究。方法: 采用系统溶剂萃取、D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱、开放式ODS柱色谱、半制备液相等方法进行分离纯化

通过化学性质和波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果: 从三七药性菌质正丁醇部位分离得到6个化合物

分别为人参皂苷Rk3(1)

拟人参皂苷RT2(2)

人参皂苷Rg3(3)

24(R)-拟人参皂苷GQ(4)

人参皂苷Rd(5)

绞股蓝皂苷 LXIX(6)。结论: 化合物2和化合物4为首次从三七植物中分离得到

所有化合物均为首次从三七药性菌质中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of n-butanol fraction of notoginseng medicinal fungal substance. Method: The compounds were separated and purified through the system solvent extraction

D101 macroporous adsorbent resin

silica gel column chromatography

open ODS column chromatography

and semi-preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the compound were identified by chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Result: Six compounds were separated from n-butanol fraction of notoginseng medicinal fungal substance and identified as ginsenoside Rk3(1)

pseudoginsenoside RT2(2)

ginsenoside Rg3(3)

24(R)-pseudoginsenoside GQ (4)

ginsenoside Rd (5)

and gypenoside LXIX (6). Conclusion: Compound 2 and compound 4 were isolated from notoginseng for the first time

and all compounds were isolated from notoginseng medicinal fungal substance for the first time.
