摘要

目的: 对藏族药马尾连及高原唐松草的基原、资源分布进行本草及文献资料的考证

并建立高原唐松草药材的质量标准。方法: 采用显微方法对高原唐松草药材粉末进行鉴别;以盐酸小檗碱为对照品

采用TLC进行定性鉴别;参照《中国药典》2015年版四部通则相关方法对10批高原唐松草药材的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物进行测定;采用HPLC测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果: 高原唐松草药材粉末的显微鉴别特征性强;TLC斑点清晰

分离度好;10批药材的水分9.8%~11.7%;总灰分2.9%~5.2%;酸不溶性灰分0.6%~2.2%;醇溶性浸出物25.4%~33.7%。盐酸小檗碱在1.572~47.16 mg·L-1呈良好的线性关系

平均回收率98.26%

RSD 2.2%

10批高原唐松草含盐酸小檗碱的质量分数0.01%~0.61%。结论: 建立的方法操作简便、准确可靠、专属性及重复性均较好

可用于高原唐松草药材的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize percolation technology of Gubi Zhitong liquor and to provide a reference for industrial production of this preparation. Method: Taking composite score of extracting amounts of imperatorin

ferulic acid

cinnamaldehyde and dry extract yield as index

orthogonal test was adopted to optimize percolation technology with powder fineness

soaking time

percolation speed and liquor amount.HPLC was employed to determine contents of imperatorin

ferulic acid and cinnamaldehyde with detection wavelengths of 254
