摘要

目的：研究白花蛇舌草的化学成分。方法：药材采用水提取，提取液用大孔吸附树脂，硅胶，小孔树脂凝胶（MCI），羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶（Sephadex）柱色谱及半制备HPLC进行分离，并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果：从白花蛇舌草中分离得6个化合物，分别鉴定为胸腺嘧啶-2'-脱氧核苷（2'-deoxythymidine，1），2'-O-甲基肌苷（2'-O-methyl-inosine，2），肌苷（inosine，3），尿苷（uridine，4），鸟苷（guanosine，5），β-腺苷（β-adenosine，6）。结论：6个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Oldenlandia diffusa . Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel

Sephadex LH-20 and RP-semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of compounds were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical and spectral analysis. Result: Six compounds were isolated from the water extract of O. diffusa

and their structures were identified as 2'-deoxythymidine (1)

2'-O-methyl-inosine (2)

inosine (3)

uridine (4)

guanosine (5)

β-adenosine (6)

respectively. Conclusion: All the isolated compounds were obtained from the Hedyotis for the first time.
