Simultaneous Determination of Saponins in Shenqi Compound Granules by HPLC-ELSD
Objective: To develop a method for determining four kinds of saponins in Shenqi compound granules. Method: Quantitative analysis was carried out on a column of Phenomenex C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) by HPLC-ELSD with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water under a flow rate of 0.8 mL · min-1
column temperature was 25 ℃
flow rate of carrier gas was 2.6 L · min-1
drift tube temperature was 102 ℃. Result: Linear ranges of ginsenoside Rg1
