Effects of Jianpi Wenwei Powder on Serum TNF-, IL-6 and IRAK-4 mRNA Expression in Gastric Tissues of Spleen-deficiency Gastritis Rats
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jianpi Wenwei powder on the expression of serum tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)
interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4(IRAK-4) mRNA in the gastric mucosa of spleen-deficiency rats. Method: Totally 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group

reduce the content of serum IL-6 and TNF-α in the rat model of spleen deficiency chronic gastritis
and inhibit the expression of IRAK-4
which may be one of its mechanisms for treatment of gastritis.
