Rapid Identification of Chemical Constituents in Danshen-chuanxiongqin Injection by Using UPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap Mass Spectrometer
Objective: To quickly analyze and identify the chemical constituents in Danshen-chuanxiongqin injection by using UPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap mass spectrometer. Method: The separation was performed on ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm×50 mm
1.7 μm) with acetonitrile (A) and 0.1%formic acid solution (B) as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The sample size was 5 μL. Electrospray ion source (ESI) was applied for qualitative analysis under the negative ion mode. The flow rate was 300 μL·min-1 and mass scan range was m/z 100-1 000. Result: Fifteen chemical compounds were identified from Danshen-chuanxiongqin injection. Conclusion: UPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap method be used to quickly identify the chemical components of Danshen-chuanxiongqin injection
laying a foundation for further studying the pharmacodynamics substances of Danshen-chuanxiongqin injection.
