摘要

一测多评技术作为适宜于中药特点的多指标质量控制评价新模式和新方法，已经越来越多地应用于中药的科研和生产实际中，成为中药质量评价的重要定量评价手段。据统计，目前一测多评技术在中药材及其饮片质量评价、多品种中药基源鉴定、炮制工艺及炮制品质量评价，原料药提取物、中间体及制剂的质量评价等多个方面应用广泛，显示出了方便、快捷、成本低廉、准确度高等优势和良好的应用前景。从论文发表数据统计看，近年来，一测多评相关研究论文逐年增长，从2006年提出至今，已发表论文近300篇，其中有关药材一测多评报道的研究160余篇，成方制剂近100篇，其他40余篇。该文在分析总结文献的基础上，综述了一测多评法在中药材、中药饮片、中成药质量评价中的最新应用进展，展望了应用前景。

Abstract

QAMS is a simple and low-cost quality-control pattern for Chinese materia medica. It is an important method which is currently employed for evaluating the quality of the research and production of Chinese materia medica. Now it was used to evaluate the quality of crude herbal medicines

medicine intermediates and Chinese patent medicines. It was proved to be a quick and good accuracy method. More than 300 papers were reported from 2006 to 2015.Among them

160 papers were related with herbal medicines

and 100 papers were reported with Chinese patent medicines. On the basis of analysis and summary of the literatures

the paper reviews on the application development of QAMS.
