摘要

目的：采用多指标综合评分法优选柴芍肠宁颗粒的提取工艺，为该制剂的生产工艺提供技术参数。方法：采用正交试验法，以出膏率和芍药苷、盐酸小檗碱、柠檬酸提取量为定量指标，小鼠小肠推进率、小鼠腹泻指数为药理指标，考察溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数对提取效果的影响，通过综合评分法优选柴芍肠宁颗粒的提取工艺。结果：乌梅单煎的最优提取工艺条件为加10倍量水提取2次，每次1 h；柠檬酸提取量154.17 mg·g-1，出膏率31.27%。其余药味的最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量水提取3次，每次1 h；芍药苷、盐酸小檗碱提取量分别为3.97，0.66 mg·g-1，出膏率26.36%，小肠推进率61.97%，腹泻指数0.98。结论：该提取工艺设计合理、稳定可行，对柴芍肠宁颗粒的生产工艺制定具有一定的指导意义。

Objective: To optimize extraction process of Chaishao Changning granules. Method: Orthogonal design were used to optimize extraction process of Chaishao Changning granules by taking solvent volume
