摘要

目的：建立一种同时测定龙钻通痹颗粒剂中青藤碱和补骨脂素含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法：采用Phenomenex Gemini C18（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm）色谱柱，以甲醇-0.1%三乙胺（47.5∶52.5）为流动相，流速1 mL·min-1，检测波长246 nm。结果：青藤碱在1.01~12.12 μg呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 7），补骨脂素在0.024 36~0.292 32 μg呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 8）。青藤碱和补骨脂素的平均回收率为100.49%和97.00%，RSD为3.0%和1.9%。结论：建立了同时测定龙钻通痹颗粒剂中青藤碱和补骨脂素含量的高效液相色谱方法，该方法快速，简便，结果准确，重复性好，可作为龙钻通痹颗粒剂的质量评价方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of sinomenine and psoralen in Longzuan Tongbi granule. Method: The contents were determined by HPLC method on Phenomenex Gemini C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm); with methanol-0.1%triethylamine (47.5:52.5) as the mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; and the detection wavelength was set at 246 nm. Result: Sinomenine and psoralen showed good linear relationship within 1.01-12.12 μg (r=0.999 7) and 0.024 36-0.292 32 μg(r=0.999 8) respectively. The average recovery rate was 100.49%(RSD 3.0%) and 97.00%(RSD 1.9%). Conclusion: The method is rapid

simple

reliable

and accurate

and can be used as the quality evaluation method for Longzuan Tongbi granule.
