Chemical Constituents from Zhongtong Film Coating by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS
Objective: To analyze and identify the chemical constituents from Zhongtong film coating by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS. Method: The analysis was performed on an ACQUITY BEH C18 reverse phase column(2.1 mm×50 mm
1.7 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol and 0.1% formic acid was used for gradient elution
the flow rate was 0.4 mL·min-1. Quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometry was applied for the qualitative analysis under positive and negative ion modes and ESI ion source was used for mass spectra. Result: The results indicated that 34 compounds from Zhongtong film coating had been identified
including 10 compounds of organic acids and tannins
9 compounds of terpenoids
8 compounds of flavonoids
3 compounds of anthraquinones
and 4 compounds of saponins. Conclusion: The efficient separation ability of UPLC and high sensitive detection of MS are used in this study
which will provide an identification of the chemical composition and provide a basis for the further study on its mechanism.
