摘要

目的：研究黄芪内生真菌AR08的次级代谢产物。方法：采用反复硅胶柱色谱法，Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱法结合HPLC等进行分离纯化，通过波谱分析鉴定其发酵液中分离得到6个生物碱的结构。结果： 6个fumiquinazoline类生物碱鉴定分别为fumiquinazoline J（1），fumiquinazoline I（2），fumiquinazoline C（3），fumiquinazoline H（4），fumiquinazoline D（5），fumiquinazoline B（6）。结论：化合物2和4是首次从植物内生真菌中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To study the secondary metabolites from endophytic fungus AR08 of Astragalus membranaceus. Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography

Sephadex LH-20

and HPLC. Their structures were identified by the spectral analysis. Result: Six fumiquinazoline alkaloids were obtained and elucidated as fumiquinazoline J (1)

fumiquinazoline I (2)

fumiquinazoline C (3)

fumiquinazoline H (4)

fumiquinazoline D (5)

and fumiquinazoline B (6). Conclusion: Compounds 2 and 4 were obtained from the plant endophytic fungus for the first time.
