摘要

黄精作为一味临床常用补益药，具有悠久的药用历史。关于黄精的炮制研究近年来在化学成分变化和药理药效方面均取得了一定的新进展，本文从炮制工艺、炮制前后药物成分的变化及炮制对药理作用产生的影响等方面对黄精的近10年研究进行系统综述，发现黄精炮制前后的化学成分和药理作用均有所变化。不同炮制方法选取的参考指标各不相同，但目的都是为了在药效与经济效益之间找到平衡点。在优选工艺时，需将炮制品的药材品质放在第一位。考虑到黄精近年来应用的形势及临床用药的安全性，在使用过程中应注意合理用药，为正确、安全地应用黄精提供科学依据。
