Quality Evaluation of Standard Decoction of Angelicae Sinensis Radix
Objective: To establish quality control methods for standard decoction of Angelicae Sinensis Radix. Method: Standard decoction of Angelicae Sinensis Radix was prepared
a quality control method containing UPLC fingerprint and determination of ferulic acid was established
the main common peaks in its fingerprint were identified to clarify the main chemical constituents in standard decoction of Angelicae Sinensis Radix and evaluate the stability of the process by calculating parameters
such as dry extract rate
transfer rate of index component. Result: The concentration of ferulic acid in standard decoction of Angelicae Sinensis Radix was 0.077%.The similarities of fingerprints of standard decoction of Angelicae Sinensis Radix were >0.9.There were 11 major common peaks in the fingerprint of standard decoction of Angelicae Sinensis Radix
including organic acids
volatile oils and nucleosides. The dry extract rate was 51%
the transfer rate of ferulic acid was 78.5%. Conclusion: Methods for evaluating the quality of standard decoction of Angelicae Sinensis Radix is presented
it can provide reference for the quality control of products which are stemmed from the water extract of Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
