2-O-rhamnosyl-icariside Ⅱ and baohuoside I) in Yinyanghuo Zonghuangtong capsule (YZC) by quantitative analysis of multi-components with a single-marker (QAMS) and to evaluate the adaptation and application of QAMS method in the quality control of YZC. Method: Icariin was used as the internal reference substances and the relative correlation factors (f) of epimedin A1

rha-icariside Ⅱ and baohuoside Ⅰrespectively. The determination results were compared with those obtained by the external standard method. The reproducibility of the established method was satisfying and there was no significant difference in assay results between the QAMS method and the external standard method. Conclusion: The QAMS method was reliable and could be used for quality control of YZC.
