摘要

目的：探讨扶正散结方对非小细胞肺癌的抑瘤及对血清血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF），肿瘤特异性生长因子（tumor specific growth factor，TSGF）的调控作用。方法：选取130例非小细胞肺癌患者，随机分为化疗组（A组，32例），综合组（扶正散结方+化疗组，B组，48例）和扶正散结方组（C组，50例），分析各组治疗后疗效、复发转移及转移灶情况、中医证候及生活质量改善情况及对血清VEGF，TSGF的调控作用。结果： B组控显率达79.2%，明显高于A，C两组（P<0.05）；治疗后A，B，C组的转移灶缩小者分别为46.8%，75.0%，44.0%；服用扶正散结方组新转移灶发生率明显低于未服用的单纯化疗组（P<0.05）；在中医证候方面，3组中以B组（79.1%）改善最为明显（P<0.05）；B组舌质、舌苔也较单纯化疗组改善明显（P<0.05）；3组患者治疗前血清VEGF，TSGF平均水平均高于正常值。与治疗前比较，治疗后C，B组血清VEGF水平明显下降（P < 0.05，P < 0.01）；3组治疗后TSGF水平均有所下降（P<0.05）。结论：扶正散结方能够减轻化疗副作用，改善临床症状，提高生存质量，同时能使血清VEGF，TSGF水平下降，减少肿瘤转移的发生。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of Fuzheng Sanjie prescription in inhibiting non-small cell lung cancer and regulating serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and tumor supplied group of factors (TSGF). Method: A total of 130 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients were divided into chemotherapy group (A group
