摘要

目的：对防风二氯甲烷及乙酸乙酯部位化学成分进行研究。方法：采用镜下观察细胞病变效应（CPE）法，以Vero-HSV-1（F），RD-EV71，Vero-RSV体外感染模型，对防风不同极性部位进行体外抗病毒活性初步筛选，发现防风二氯甲烷及乙酸乙酯部位具有体外抗HSV-1的活性，采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、液相制备、重结晶等手段对其进行分离纯化，通过理化性质，MS，1H-NMR和13C-NMR等谱学技术进行结构鉴定。结果：从中分离得到11个化合物，分别鉴定为：单棕榈酸甘油酯（1），2-丁氧基乙基亚油酸（2），3'（R）-（+）-亥茅酚（3），（-）-marmesin（4），（6Z，9Z）-十七烷（5），32，33，34-三甲基-16-烯-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（6），亥茅酚苷（7），香草酸（8），升麻素（9），5，7-二羟基-2-甲基色原酮（10），伞形花内酯（11）。结论：化合物2，5，6，10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the methylene chloride and ethyl acetate extract of Saposhnikovia Radix. Method: The activity of anti-HSV-1 was screened by CPE method with Vero-HSV-1 (F)

6 and 10 were isolated from the genus for the first time.
