Objective: To study the anti-proliferation effect of homoisoflavonoids extracted from Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma on human lung cancer A549 cells. The antitumor mechanism of homoisoflavonoids is related to mitochondria-mediated apoptosis and p38 MAPK pathway.
