摘要

目的：探讨乌梅丸对慢性萎缩性胃炎（chronic atrophic gastritis，CAG）患者血清炎症指标、免疫功能及中医证候积分的影响。方法：选取2014年5月-2016年7月河南省中医院收治的177例CAG患者，以该批患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组（89例），对照组（88例）。对照组CAG患者应用三联疗法进行治疗，在此基础上，治疗组加服乌梅丸汤剂，每日1剂，分2次服用，连续服用3个月后对两组CAG患者疗效、炎症指标、免疫功能及中医证候积分进行评价。结果：治疗组患者总有效率为94.38%，对照组为82.95%，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）；通过治疗，两组患者白细胞介素（IL）-6，IL-8，肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均明显降低（P<0.05），且治疗组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；经治疗，两组CD3+，CD4+，CD4+/CD8+均有明显上升，CD8+水平明显下降（P<0.05），与对照组治疗后比较，治疗组CD3+，CD4+与CD4+/CD8+明显升高，CD8+水平明显降低（P<0.05）；与治疗前比较，治疗后两组中医证候积分均有明显改善（P<0.05），与对照组治疗后比较，治疗组中医证候积分明显降低（P<0.05）。结论：乌梅丸治疗CAG作用明显，可以缓解CAG患者临床症状，提高患者机体免疫力，抗炎作用明显。

Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of Wumeiwan on inflammatory biomarkers

immune function and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). Method:A total of 177 cases of CAG patients treated in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table

with 89 cases in clinical group and 88 in control group. Patients in control group were treated by triple therapy. In addition to the therapy

clinical group was also given Wumeiwan. Then treatment efficacy

inflammatory biomarkers

immune function and TCM syndrome scores were compared. Result:The total effective rate of control group was 82.95%

while that of clinical group was 94.38%

with a significant difference (P<0.05). The values of interleukin (IL)-6

IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) before and after treatment between two groups showed significant differences. The value of inflammatory factor in clinical group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment

the levels of CD3+

CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ significantly increased in two groups

but the level of CD8+significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment

the levels of CD3+

CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in clinical group were significantly higher than those in control group

while the level of CD8+ was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). After treatment

compared with before treatment

TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05). Compared with control group

TCM syndrome score of the clinical group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Wumeiwan was very effective in treating CAG patients. It can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the body immunity

with a significant anti-inflammatory effect.
