摘要

目的：研究厚朴在中医汤剂中的临床常用剂量，为临床合理使用厚朴提供参考。方法：收集历代中医方剂文献中含厚朴的方剂，利用Excel 2013筛选出水煎内服的厚朴方，采用SQL Server 2008构建厚朴方数据库。采用SPSS 19.0软件统计厚朴剂量的众数、频数、均数等参数。结果：共采集到4 674首含厚朴的方剂，筛选出含有剂量的内服汤剂775首。在历代内服汤剂的厚朴方中，厚朴剂量<3 g的厚朴方占总数的23.87%；3~11.2 g的厚朴方占总数的52.26%；11.3~30 g的厚朴方占总数的12.26%；>30 g的厚朴方占总数的11.61%。结论：在历代中医文献中，厚朴内服汤剂的炮制主要为姜制，厚朴临床常用剂量以3.5~11 g为宜。厚朴汤剂的常用剂量在隋唐及以前相对较大，宋代以后相对较小。

Abstract

Objective: To guide the clinical rational use of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex by studying its usual oral dosage in decoction. Method: This paper collected ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) containing Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex
