摘要

目的：观察温阳健脾汤结合艾灸治疗复发性口腔溃疡（recurrent oral ulcer，ROU）的疗效，探讨其对患者血清炎性因子，补体C3，C4水平的影响。方法：以广州医科大学附属口腔医院中医科、黏膜科在2015年1月-2016年6月收治的132例ROU患者为研究对象，遵循成组序贯设计法分为治疗组与对照组（各66例）。对照组患者给予复合维生素（Vit）Vit B+Vit C+胸腺肽治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予温阳健脾汤结合艾灸治疗，连续治疗10 d，结束后对两组患者疗效，疼痛消失时间与口腔溃疡愈合时间，炎性因子，补体C3，C4水平进行比较。结果：治疗组患者总有效率为95.45%，对照组为84.85%（P<0.05）；经治疗，治疗组ROU患者疼痛消失时间与口腔溃疡愈合时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；经治疗，治疗组ROU患者血清中白细胞介素-6（interleukin-6，IL-6）水平明显高于对照组，白细胞介素-2（interleukin-2，IL-2），肿瘤坏死因子（tumor necrosis factor，TNF）-α水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；通过治疗，两组患者血清补体C3，C4水平均明显升高，且治疗组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：温阳健脾汤结合艾灸对ROU具有积极的治疗效果，可以显著缩短ROU患者疼痛与愈合时间，上调补体C3，C4水平，抗炎作用明显，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the efficacy of Wenyang Jianpi decoction combined with moxibustion and effect on recurrent oral ulcer (ROU) and its effect on inflammatory factor and Complement C3

C4. Method: A total of 132 cases of ROU patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to group sequential design

with 66 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with compound vitamin B

vitamin C and thoracic peptide gland; in addition to this therapy

the clinical group was also given Wenyang Jianpi decoction and moxibustion. Then

C4 were compared. Result: The total effective rate of clinical group was 95.45%

interleukin (IL)-2 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) of the two groups after treatment decreased

while IL-6 increased (P<0.05). Compared with control group

the levels of IL-2 and TNF-α in patients of experimental group were lower after treatment

while IL-6 was higher (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment

Complement C3 and C4 of two groups increased after treatment (P<0.05). Compared with control group

the levels in patients of experimental group were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: Wenyang Jianpi decoction combined with moxibustion was very effective in treating ROU. It can significantly shorten the times of pain disappearance and oral ulcer healing

improve complement C3 and C4

with an apparent anti-inflammation effect

and thus is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
