摘要

目的：研究石膏在中医汤剂中的临床常用剂量，为临床合理使用石膏提供参考。方法：收集历代中医方剂文献中含有石膏的方剂，采用SQL Server 2008构建石膏方数据库。利用Excel 2013筛选出水煎内服的石膏方，采用SPSS 19.0统计众数、频数、均数、中值、四分位间距等参数。结果：共采集到3 546首含石膏的方剂，筛选出含有剂量的石膏内服汤剂672首。历代内服汤剂的石膏方中，<15 g的石膏方占总数的47.92%；<41.5 g占总数的75.6%；41.5~60 g占总数的4.32%。结论：含石膏的汤剂中主要使用生石膏，临床常用剂量以7.5~41.5 g为宜，超常规剂量以55~110 g为宜。经分析历代方剂文献发现，宋代及以前，石膏在相关汤剂中的常用剂量相对较大。

Abstract

Objective: To guide the clinical rational use of Gypsum Fibrosum by study on its usual dosage in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) decoction. Method: This paper collected TCM formulae containing Gypsum Fibrosum from ancient literatures

and constructed database of Gypsum Fibrosum by SQL Server 2008.This paper used Excel 2013 to screen Gypsum Fibrosum formulae with water decoction and oral administration

Conclusion: Raw Gypsum Fibrosum is mainly used in decoction containing Gypsum Fibrosum.The clinical dosage of Gypsum Fibrosum is relatively large before Song dynasty in ancient literatures of TCM formulae.This paper suggests that the commonly used dosage of Gypsum Fibrosum should be 7.5-41.5 g

its oversize dose should be 55-110 g.
