摘要

目的：观察益气活血通脉汤对糖尿病动脉硬化闭塞症（ASO）患者炎症细胞因子及内皮功能的影响。方法：按随机数字将2016年4月至2017年8月在河南省中医院治疗的104例ASO患者分为两组，各52例，对照组采用常规方法治疗（包括抗凝、抗血小板聚集、降血压、降血糖、有氧运动锻炼、高压氧呼吸、保健按摩等方法），在对照组的基础上，观察组采用益气活血通脉汤治疗，治疗后，观察两组的疗效，并观察两组治疗前后的踝/肱指数（ABI），血流动力学指标，炎症因子，内皮功能。结果：①疗效，治疗后，观察组的总有效率为96.15%，对照组的总有效率为84.62%，观察组优于对照组（χ2=3.983，P<0.05）；②ABI，观察组治疗后的ABI均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；③血流动力学，治疗后，观察组治疗后的全血黏度（ηb），血浆黏度（ηp），红细胞电泳（EEP），血沉（ESR），纤维蛋白原（Fib）均明显低于对照组（P<0.05，P<0.01）；④炎症细胞因子，治疗后，观察组治疗后的白细胞介素（IL）-1，IL-6，肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-α，高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）均明显低于对照组（P<0.05，P<0.01）；⑤内皮功能，治疗后，观察组治疗后的内皮脂酶（EL），内皮素-1（ET-1），单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）均明显低于对照组（P<0.01），一氧化氮（NO）明显高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：益气活血通脉汤治疗动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效较好，能够改善血液高凝状态，稳定血流动力学，抑制炎症反应，改善血管内皮细胞的功能。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction on inflammatory cytokines and endothelial function in diabetic patients with atherosclerosis occlusion. Method: According to the random number method

104 cases of atherosclerosis occlusion treated in our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017 were divided into two groups. The control group (52 cases) was treated with conventional methods (including anticoagulation
