Correlation Analysis of HPLC Fingerprint Chromatograms of Dictamni Cortex Decoction Pieces-standard Decoction-dispensing Granules
Objective: To establish an HPLC fingerprint spectrum of decoction pieces-standard decoction-dispensing granules of Dictamni Cortex and evaluate the correlation among them. Method: Gradient elution was performed with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water
detection wavelength was set at 228 nm
flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1
and column temperature was 30℃.The correlation of decoction pieces-standard decoction-dispensing granules of Dictamni Cortex was evaluated through the control fingerprint spectrum. Result: There were 10 common peaks in all fingerprint spectra of 15 batches of decoction pieces-standard decoction-dispensing granules of Dictamni Cortex with a good correlation.Besides
in the 10 common peaks
three of them were dictamnine
obacunone and fraxinellone. Conclusion: The study establishes an HPLC fingerprint spectrum
and it reflects the whole picture of multi-component of decoction pieces-standard decoction-dispensing granules of Dictamni Cortex.It can provide the reference for establishing quality standard and quality control of dispensing granules of Dictamni Cortex.
