摘要

目的：建立HPLC-CAD同时测定骨疏康胶囊中柚皮苷，朝藿定B，朝藿定C，淫羊藿苷，5-羟甲基糠醛（5-HMF）及丹参酮ⅡA的含量，为骨疏康胶囊的质量控制提供参考。方法：采用高效液相色谱法联合电雾式检测器法（HPLC-CAD），Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），乙腈（A）-0.05%甲酸水（B）为流动相，梯度洗脱（0~10 min，10% A；10~25 min，10%~25% A；25~30 min，25%~30% A；30~45 min，30%~60% A；45~50 min，60%~75% A），流速0.8 mL·min-1，雾化器温度为35℃，柱温35℃，进样量10 μL，测定骨疏康胶囊中6种成分的含量。结果：柚皮苷，朝藿定B，朝藿定C，淫羊藿苷，5-羟甲基糠醛及丹参酮ⅡA的质量浓度分别在0.006~0.120 μg（r=0.999 7），0.041~0.820 μg（r=0.999 9），0.011~0.220 μg（r=0.999 6），0.022~0.440 μg（r=0.999 8），0.012~0.240 μg（r=0.999 8），0.005~0.100 μg（r=0.999 8）与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。柚皮苷，朝藿定B，朝藿定C，淫羊藿苷，5-羟甲基糠醛及丹参酮ⅡA的平均加样回收率分别为99.26%，97.99%，98.17%，99.34%，98.26%及99.25%，RSD（n=6）分别为1.7%，1.0%，1.6%，1.4%，1.9%和1.3%。结论：该方法准确、简便、重复性好、灵敏度高，可用于骨疏康胶囊中多成分的质量控制研究。

Abstract

Objective: To develop an HPLC-CAD method for simultaneous determination of six ingredients in Gushukang capsule

in order to provide references for its quality control. Method: By HPLC-CAD

chromatographic separation was performed on a Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm

with acetonitrile (A)-0.05% formic acid (B) as the mobile phase for gradient elution(0-10 min

the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1

the nebulization temperature of detector was 35℃

the column temperature was maintained at 35℃

and the injection volume was 10 μL

so as to determine the 6 contents of Gushukang capsule. Result: Naringin
