摘要

超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)是在高效液相色谱法(HPLC)的基础上发展而来的一种新兴的液相色谱技术，具有超高效、超高分离度、超高灵敏度等特点，已被广泛应用于中药成分分析、代谢组学研究、指纹图谱建立、与质谱等检测器联用测定未知化合物成分等方面。笔者通过查阅近5年的文献资料，对UPLC在中药领域的应用进行全面综述，并总结其相对运用优势和发展前景，以期为药学工作者能更好地运用UPLC技术提供科学指导和依据。

Abstract

Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) is a new liquid chromatography technology

which developed on the basis of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). It has the characteristics of super high efficiency

high separation degree and high sensitivity

and has been widely used in the analysis of components in traditional Chinese medicine

the studies on metabolomics

establishment of fingerprint chromatogram

determination of unknown compounds combined with mass spectrometry and other detectors

etc.In this paper

the authors reviewed the application of UPLC in the field of traditional Chinese medicine through a review of the literature in the past 5 years

and summed up its relative advantages and development prospects

in order to provide scientific guidance and basis for pharmaceutical workers to make better use of UPLC technology.
