摘要

目的：

对斑叶兰属植物斑叶兰

Goodyera schlechtendaliana

的化学成分进行分离纯化，从而丰富斑叶兰的化学成分，为斑叶兰后续深入研究奠定基础。

方法：

取斑叶兰干燥全草10 kg，85 ℃下用95%乙醇回流提取4次，合并提取液，减压浓缩得到粗浸膏，再将粗浸膏混悬于蒸馏水中，依次用等体积的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取，得到石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部位。采用硅胶，Sephadex LH-20，ODS等多种色谱填料和半制备高效液相对斑叶兰的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部位进行分离和纯化，利用

H-NMR，

C-NMR，MS等各种现代波谱技术以及化合物的理化性质并结合参考文献确定化合物的化学结构。

结果：

从斑叶兰乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位分离得到10个化合物，分别是2，5-二羟基-4-甲氧基-9，10-二氢菲(1)，间苯三酚三甲醚(2)，3，4-二羟基苯甲酸(3)，4-羟基苯甲醛(4)，4-羟基苯甲酸(5)，槲皮素(6)，香兰素(7)，胡萝卜苷(8)，腺嘌呤(9)，腺嘌呤核苷(10)。

结论：

化合物1～10均为首次从斑叶兰属植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective:

To isolate and purify the chemical constituents from

Goodyera schlechtendaliana

and lay a foundation for further research on the effective materials of the plant.

Method:

The dried grass of

schlechtendaliana

(10 kg)was heated by 95% EtOH for reflux extraction for 4 times at 85 ℃. The extract liquids were combined

decompressed and concentrated to obtain the crude extract. The crude extract was then suspended in distilled water and extracted with petroleum ether

EtOAc and

-BuOH in turn to obtain corresponding fractions. Silica gel

Sephadex LH-20

ODS and semi-preparation high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used for the separation and purification of EtOAc and

-BuOH fractions. The structures of compounds obtained were identified by

H-NMR

C-NMR

physicochemical properties and reference literature.

Result:

Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 2

5-dihydroxy-4-methoxy-9

10-dihydroxyphenanthrene (1)

5-trimethoxybenzene (2)

protocatechuic acid (3)

-hydroxybenzaldehyde (4)

-hydroxybenzoic acid (5)

quercetin (6)

vanillin(7)

daucosterol (8)

adenine (9) and adenosine (10).

Conclusion:

Compounds 1-10 were obtained from the genus of

Goodyera

for the first time.
