摘要

目的：

对不同矿物成因禹余粮止泻药效及对胃肠运动的影响进行研究，从止泻药效角度选择出最优的矿物成因禹余粮，为临床使用禹余粮提供理论依据。

方法：

选用研究样品为淋滤浸染型、沉积型2种不同矿物成因药用禹余粮，分别包括禹余粮原药材、水煎液及水煎后药渣。以0.2mL·(10g)

－1

蓖麻油制备引起小鼠腹泻模型，以4mg·kg

－1

盐酸洛哌丁胺为阳性对照组，观察给药后小鼠抗腹泻的药效差异，并研究其对小鼠胃肠运动的影响。

结果：

腹泻实验，与模型组比较，淋滤浸染型禹余粮水煎液2.5，5，10g·kg

－1

组及淋滤浸染型禹余粮水煎药渣2.5g·kg

－1

组的腹泻指数明显减小(

0.05)，可以减缓小鼠的腹泻程度；沉积型禹余粮粉末5，10g·kg

－1

组，淋滤浸染型禹余粮粉末10g·kg

－1

组及水煎药渣2.5，5，10g·kg

－1

组的首次排便时间均明显延长(

0.05)；淋滤浸染型禹余粮粉末5g·kg

－1

组和水煎液2.5g·kg

－1

组的小鼠粪便总质量均明显降低(

0.05)。胃肠运动实验，沉积型禹余粮水煎液5g·kg

－1

组，沉积型禹余粮水煎药渣2.5，5，10g·kg

－1

，淋滤浸染型禹余粮粉末2.5，5g·kg

－1

，淋滤浸染型禹余粮水煎液2.5，5，10g·kg

－1

以及药渣的10g·kg

－1

的小肠推进率明显小于模型组(

0.05)；淋滤浸染型禹余粮水煎药渣10g·kg

－1

组小肠内容物含量明显大于模型组(

0.05)；沉积型禹余粮水煎液10g·kg

－1

组、淋滤浸染型水煎液2.5，5g·kg

－1

组的炭末胃内残留率较模型组明显减小(

0.05)；与模型组相比，沉积型禹余粮粉末5g·kg

－1

组、沉积型禹余粮水煎药渣5g·kg

－1

组大肠水分含量明显降低(

0.05)。淋滤浸染型禹余粮在0.003 3g·mL

－1

增大了乙酰胆碱诱导的回肠收缩，其他各组在0.003 3，0.006 7，0.013 3g·mL

－1

均能抑制乙酰胆碱诱导的家兔的回肠收缩。

结论：

矿物药禹余粮对由蓖麻油引起的小鼠腹泻具有一定的治疗作用，淋滤浸染型禹余粮的止泻作用最佳。

Abstract

Objective:

To investigate the antidiarrheal effect and the gastrointestinal motility of two kinds of Limonitum with differentmineral genesis

so as to select the optimalmineral genesis

and provide a theoretical basis for clinical use.

Method:

The selected research samples were leaching type and sedimentary type Limonitum with differentmineral genesis

including powder

water decoction and dregs. In the experiment

castor oil (0.2mL/10 g) was used to induce diarrhea

loperamide (4mg·kg

-1

) was used for positive control

and then the antidiarrheal activity and the gastrointestinal motility were observed.

Result:

In the castor oil-induced diarrhea experiment

the diarrhea index of the water decoction (2.5

10g·kg

-1

) and the dregs (2.5g·kg

-1

) of leaching type Limonitum significantly reduced (

0.05)

and so did the degree of diarrhea in mice; the powder of sedimentary type Limonitum

the powder (10g·kg

-1

) of leaching type limonitum and the dregs (2.5

10g·kg

-1

) of the leaching type Limonitum were significant different at the first defecation (

0.05); the powder (5g·kg

-1

) and the water decoction (2.5g·kg

-1

) of leaching type Limonitum

and the total feces weight of the mice were significantly decreased (

0.05). In the gastrointes motility experiment

with charcoal as a marker (

) of leaching type Limonitum was significantly higher than that of the model group on the content of small intestine contents (

0.05); the water decoction (10g·kg

) of sedimentary type limonitum

and the water decoction (2.5

5g·kg

-1

) of leaching type Limonitum were significantly lower than those of the model group on gastric residual rate (

0.05); the powder (5g·kg

-1

)

the dregs (5g·kg

-1

) of sedimentary type Limonitum were significantly reduced on the water content of large intestine compared with the model group (

0.05). The 0.003 3

of Limonitum can inhibit the contraction of isolated ileum induced by acetylcholine in rabbits except 0.003 3g·mL

-1

water decoction of leaching type.

Conclusion:

Mineral medicine Limonitum has a certain therapeutic effect in castor oil-induced diarrhea. Leaching type limonitum has the best antidiarrheal effect.
