摘要

丹参始载于《神农本草经》，丹参具有活血祛瘀、凉血消痈的功效，近代药理学研究发现丹参具有强心、改善微循环、抗血栓等作用。临床当中常用丹参的水煎剂，丹参的水煎剂的溶解成分主要为丹酚酸类物质，其中丹酚酸类物质当中的丹酚酸B是丹参水溶性成分之一，具有很强的生理学活性，丹酚酸B是丹酚酸类物质当中抗氧化作用最强的。丹酚酸B在体内具有调节烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADPH)氧化酶，脱偶联型内皮一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)，并通过调节Janus蛋白酪氨酸激酶2/信号转导子和转录激活子3/血管内皮生长因子(JAK2/STAT3/VEGF)和肿瘤阻抑蛋白(p53)，B细胞淋巴瘤-2(Bcl-2)，Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)，半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶-3(Caspase-3)抗凋亡通路，抑制细胞外信号调节激酶/有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶(ERK/MAPK)，c-Jun氨基末端激酶/有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶(JNK/MAPK)，丝裂原活化蛋白激酶p38(p38 MAPK)和雌激素受体

/磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/丝氨酸-苏氨酸蛋白激酶/核转录因子-

B)抗炎通路，沉默信息调节因子2相关酶1/核因子E2相关因子2/Kelch样ECH联合蛋白1-抗氧化反应元件(SIRT1/Nrf2/Keap1-ARE)和NAD依赖性脱乙酰酶sirtuin-3/

细胞上的叉头转录因子1/超氧化物歧化酶(SIRT3/FOXO1/SOD2)抗氧化通路和促自噬通路抑制氧化应激，保护组织器官免受氧化损伤。本文从丹酚酸B抗氧化应激损伤的通路研究出发，综述近五年发表在国内外期刊的相关研究，为扩大丹酚酸B临床应用范围提供新的思路。

Abstract

Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was first published in

. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma has the effect of promoting blood circulation

cooling blood and eliminating phlegm. Modern pharmacological studies have found that Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma has strong heart

improve microcirculation and antithrombotic effects. The decoction of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is commonly used in clinical practice. The dissolved component of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is mainly salvianolic acid. Among them

salvianolic acid B is one of the water-soluble components of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. It has strong physiology. Activity

salvianolic acid B is the strongest antioxidant activity of salvianolic acids. Salvianolic acid B regulates nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase
