摘要

目的: 分析补骨脂中的挥发性成分。方法: 采用顶空直接进样技术采集补骨脂的挥发性成分

GC-MS结合保留指数进行分析鉴定。结果: 采用GC-MS分析

检出39个组分;MS结合保留指数定性

鉴定出20个挥发性成分。结论: 该方法分析补骨脂中挥发性成分

更准确、简单、快速并节省药材。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the volatile compounds in Psoraleae Fructus. Method :Volatile components in Psoraleae Fructus were analyzed and identified by GC-MS combined with Kovats retention index by head-space injection. Result: Thirty-nine components in Psoraleae Fructus were detected by GC-MS and 20 compounds were identified by MS combined with Kovats retention index. Conclusion: GC-MS combined with Kovats retention index by headspace injection is a simple

rapid and accurate way for the analysis of volatile compounds in Psoraleae Fructus.
