Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Rumex nepalensis . Method: Isolation and purification were carried out repeatedly by silica gel

sephadex gel and ODS C18 column chromatography. And structure identification of compounds was carried out by physical

chemical methods and spectral data. Result: Sixteen compounds were obtained form the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extraction parts of 80% ethanol extract of R. nepalensis
