Analysis of Glucoraphenin Content and Quality in Roasted Raphani Semen
Objective: To determine the content of glucoraphenin and inspect the quality of roasted Raphani Semen from 10 cities. Method: The content of glucoraphenin
impurity and water-soluble extract are determined by HPLC and gravimetric method. Result: The content of glucoraphenin is from 3.35% to 8.02%
and the content of impurity is from 0.3% to 3.46%. The content of water-soluble extract is from 17.32% to 18.59%. Conclusion: The impurities test and determination of glucoraphenin content should be added to the quality standard of roasted Raphani Semen.
