摘要

目的: 研究云南松松塔的化学成分。方法: 采用硅胶柱色谱、MCI柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20 柱色谱等手段对云南松松塔的化学成分进行分离

并通过MS

1H-NMR

13C-NMR等波谱数据确定化合物结构。结果: 分离得到了5个化合物

并将其结构分别鉴定为二氢山奈酚(1)

15-二羟基去氢枞酸(2)、原儿茶酸(3)、香草酸(4)、十二烷(5)。结论: 化合物 1 ~ 5 皆从云南松中首次分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the pinecone of Pinus yunnanensis. Method: These compounds were isolated by silica gel

MCI gel

Sephadex LH-20 gel and so on. And their structures were identified based on spectral analyses (MS

1H-NMR

13C-NMR). Result: Five compounds were isolated and their structures were characterized as dihydrokaempferol (1)

15-dihydroxydehydroabietic acid (2)

protocatechuic acid (3)

vanillic acid (4)

n-dodecane (5). Conclusion: Compounds 1 - 5 were isolated from P. yunnanensis for the first time.
