Resümee

Das Reizdarmsyndrom mit Durchfall (IBS-D) ist eine häufige Erkrankung des Verdauungssystems, und seine Inzidenz- und Rezidivraten sind in den letzten Jahren ständig hoch, die Kosten für medizinische Ressourcen sind hoch, und die Lebensqualität und die wirtschaftliche Belastung der Patienten sind ernsthaft betroffen. Daher ist die Erforschung neuer sicherer Behandlungsmethoden äußerst wichtig. Der Mechanismus der Krankheitsentwicklung ist komplex, und der hauptsächliche Mechanismus der IBS-D-Entwicklung ist eine Störung der Darm-Hirn-Achse. Die Darm-Hirn-Achse ist ein bidirektionaler Signalweg, der das gastrointestinale Trakt mit dem zentralen Nervensystem verbindet und Funktionen wie die Magen-Darm-Motilität, Sekretion und Immunantwort reguliert und eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entstehung und Entwicklung von IBS-D spielt. Bisher sind Durchfallmittel, Probiotika, Neurotransmitter-regulierende Medikamente die Hauptbehandlungsmethoden für IBS-D in der Klinik, obwohl sie das Fortschreiten einiger Fälle begrenzen können, bleibt die Behandlungseffektivität unzureichend. Viele Studien haben gezeigt, dass die traditionelle chinesische Medizin effektiv in IBS-D eingreifen, die Darm-Hirn-Achse regulieren, die gastrointestinale Motilität beeinflussen, entzündliche Immunantworten stärken und IBS-D erfolgreich mit signifikanten Vorteilen behandeln kann. Bisher liegt jedoch kein systematischer Überblick über die Anwendung der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin zur Regulierung der Darm-Hirn-Achse in der IBS-D-Behandlung vor. Daher wird diese Übersicht durch die Suche nach relevanten IBS-D-Literatur in nationalen und ausländischen Datenbanken der letzten Jahre die Beziehung zwischen der Darm-Hirn-Achse und IBS-D, die Rolle der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin systematisch zusammenfassen und neue Ideen für die Behandlung von IBS-D liefern.
