Ziel Beurteilung der klinischen Wirksamkeit von Shexiang Tongxin-Tropfen zur Behandlung des langsamen Blutflusses in der Koronararterie (CSF) und Beobachtung ihres Einflusses auf Entzündungsfaktoren. Dies war eine randomisierte, doppelblinde, placebokontrollierte Studie, bei der CSF-Patienten im Verhältnis 1:1 der Beobachtungsgruppe und der Kontrollgruppe zugewiesen wurden. Die Beobachtungsgruppe erhielt Shexiang Tongxin-Tropfen zusätzlich zur konventionellen Behandlung, während die Kontrollgruppe ein Placebo zusätzlich zur konventionellen Behandlung erhielt, insgesamt für 12 Wochen. Die Hauptendpunkte der klinischen Wirksamkeit waren die Gesamtpunktzahl der Myokardperfusion in Ruhe (SRS), und sekundäre Endpunkte der klinischen Wirksamkeit waren das Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) und die Angina-Symptomenscore, und die Auswirkung auf Entzündungsfaktoren wurde durch die Messung der IL-1α, IL-1β, und IL-6-Spiegel im Blutserum vor und nach der Behandlung bewertet, zusammen mit einer Sicherheitsbewertung. Ergebnisse Die Studie umfasste insgesamt 64 Patienten, die mittels Koronarangiographie mit CSF diagnostiziert wurden, mit je 32 Patienten in der Beobachtungsgruppe und der Kontrollgruppe. Hinsichtlich der klinischen Wirksamkeit zeigten die SRS-Werte der Patienten in der Beobachtungsgruppe im Vergleich zur Initialbehandlung in dieser Gruppe eine deutliche Verbesserung (χ2=12.70, P<0.05); nach der Behandlung zeigten die SRS-Werte der Patienten in der Beobachtungsgruppe im Vergleich zur Kontrollgruppe ebenfalls eine signifikante Verbesserung (χ2=7.63, P<0.05). Im Vergleich zur Initialbehandlung in dieser Gruppe zeigten die Patienten in der Beobachtungsgruppe eine signifikante Verbesserung in der Stabilität der Angina (AS), der Häufigkeit von Anginaanfällen (AF), der Zufriedenheit mit der Behandlung (TS), dem Verständnis der Krankheit (DS) und dem Angina-Symptomenscore (alle P<0.05), während die Patienten in der Kontrollgruppe eine signifikante Verbesserung im DS-Score zeigten (P<0.05). Nach der Behandlung zeigten die Patienten in der Beobachtungsgruppe im Vergleich zur Kontrollgruppe eine signifikante Verbesserung in den AS-, AF-, TS- und Angina-Symptomenscore-Werten (P<0.05). Hinsichtlich der Entzündungsfaktoren zeigten die IL-1α, IL-1β und IL-6-Spiegel der Patienten in der Beobachtungsgruppe im Vergleich zur Initialbehandlung in dieser Gruppe eine signifikante Abnahme (P<0.05). Nach der Behandlung zeigten die IL-1α, IL-1β und IL-6-Spiegel der Patienten in der Beobachtungsgruppe im Vergleich zur Kontrollgruppe eine signifikante Abnahme (P<0.05). Fazit Die Shexiang Tongxin-Tropfen können die klinischen Symptome von CSF-Patienten effektiv verbessern und die Spiegel von Entzündungsfaktoren im Blutserum signifikant senken.
