Resümee

Bösartige Tumoren des Verdauungssystems (DT) sind eine der Haupttodesursachen weltweit und verursachen eine erhebliche wirtschaftliche Belastung. Das Darmmikrobiom spielt eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Aufrechterhaltung der Wirtsgesundheit, einschließlich der Bereitstellung von Nährstoffen, der Abwehr von Krankheitserregern und der Förderung der Immunentwicklung. In den letzten Jahren haben immer mehr Studien gezeigt, dass eine Dysbiose des Darmmikrobioms eng mit DT wie Magen-, Leber- und Darmkrebs verbunden ist. Daher hat die gezielte Modulation des Darmmikrobioms ein Potenzial zur Hemmung des Wachstums und der Metastasierung von DT, obwohl die genauen Regulationsmechanismen noch unklar sind. Mit der Vertiefung der Forschung im Bereich der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin gegen Tumoren, insbesondere zahlreicher grundlegender und klinischer Studien zur Modulation des Darmmikrobioms durch die traditionelle chinesische Medizin, gewinnt dieser Ansatz in der Behandlung von DT zunehmend an Aufmerksamkeit. Dieser Artikel gibt eine systematische Übersicht über die Beziehung zwischen Darmmikrobiom und DT sowie über die Forschung zur Modulation des Darmmikrobioms durch die traditionelle chinesische Medizin zur Bekämpfung von DT, mit dem Ziel, eine Grundlage und Orientierung für zukünftige Grundlagen- und klinische Forschungen zu DT zu bieten. Die Literaturzusammenfassung zeigt, dass das Darmmikrobiom die Entstehung und Entwicklung von DT über verschiedene Wege beeinflusst, darunter die Induktion chronischer Entzündungen, die Produktion karzinogener Metaboliten, die Induktion genomischer Instabilität, die Regulierung des Immunsystems und die Veränderung des Tumormikromilieus. Die traditionelle chinesische Medizin kann antitumorale Wirkungen durch Modulation der Zusammensetzung des Darmmikrobioms, Regulierung der mikrobiellen Metaboliten, Reparatur der Darmbarrierefunktion und Beeinflussung der Immunfunktion ausüben. Daher kann das Verständnis der Beziehung zwischen Darmmikrobiom und DT sowie der Regulationsmechanismen der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin neue Strategien für die zukünftige Prävention und Behandlung von DT bieten.
