Schlaf, Haut und Gesundheit sind eng miteinander verbunden. In der klinischen Praxis ist die Prävalenz von Schlaflosigkeit hoch und oft begleitet oder führt zu Hautalterung. Die beiden sind "unterschiedliche Krankheiten, gleiche Symptome", was die körperliche und geistige Gesundheit der Menschen ernsthaft beeinflusst. Die Prävention und Behandlung von Hautalterung aus der Perspektive der Verbesserung von Schlaflosigkeit ist eine wichtige Strategie zur Vorbeugung beider Krankheiten. Die Behandlung von "unterschiedlichen Krankheiten, gleichen Therapien" ist ein wichtiger Grundsatz und eine wichtige Behandlungsmethode. Derzeit fehlen jedoch wirksame Präventions- und Behandlungsmethoden, die beide Krankheiten gemeinsam behandeln. Die chinesische Medizin hat eine tiefe Basis und offensichtliche Wirkung bei der Behandlung von Schlaflosigkeit und Hautalterung durch "unterschiedliche Krankheiten, gleiche Therapien", aber es gibt nur wenige Berichte über die Ursachen, Mechanismen und Behandlungsgrundsätze und Behandlungsmethoden von "unterschiedliche Krankheiten, gleiche Therapien" der beiden Krankheiten, was es wert ist, weiter erforscht zu werden. Basierend auf dem ganzheitlichen Konzept der chinesischen Medizin und der differenzierten Behandlungstheorie untersucht dieser Artikel aus mehreren Dimensionen und umfassend die gemeinsame Theorie der Ursachen, Orte, Mechanismen, Eigenschaften und Prävention beider Krankheiten. Es wurde festgestellt, dass bereits in der Zeit des "Inneren Klassikers des Gelben Kaisers" der Tagesschlaf und die Nachtruhe sowie die straffe Haut wichtige äußere Kriterien für Gesundheit waren, während Schlaflosigkeit und Hautalterung äußerlich offensichtliche Manifestationen von alternder Haut ohne Feuchtigkeit waren. Tagschlaf und Nachtruhe sind wichtige Garantien für straffe Haut und ein gesundes Altern. Die Ärzte der Folgezeit glauben, dass die gemeinsamen Ursachen von Schlaflosigkeit und Hautalterung "Innen und Außen interagieren", der Ort der Krankheit der "Fünf Organe", der Mechanismus hauptsächlich "Leere Feuer Blockade Schleim Stagnation" ist, der Charakter hauptsächlich "Leere und Fülle im Gemischten" ist, und die Prävention und Behandlung sollten "unterscheidende Behandlung, Behandlung gemäß Yin und Yang" sein. Diese theoretische Diskussion wird die Theorie der Krankheitsentstehung und -behandlung in der chinesischen Medizin weiter bereichern und entwickeln und die klinische Prävention und Behandlung von Schlaflosigkeit begleitender Hautalterung theoretisch leiten, um den Aufbau eines "gesunden Chinas" zu unterstützen.
