Resümee

Durch die Konsultation von Kräuterbüchern, medizinischen Schriften, Rezeptbüchern verschiedener Zeiten und unter Berücksichtigung von Literatur aus der jüngeren und neueren Zeit wurde die Geschichte von Sichuanpfeffer und Zweiflügeliger Zanthoxylum bezüglich der Namen, Ursprünge, wissenschaftlichen Namen, verwendeten Teile, Verbreitungsgebiete, Ernte und Verarbeitung, sowie deren Eigenschaften und Anwendungen auf verschiedenen Ebenen systematisch aufgearbeitet und bestätigt. Die Untersuchung ergab, dass der Sichuanpfeffer erstmals in den Han-Dynastie Shennong's Compendium of Materia Medica auftauchte und auch unter anderen Namen wie Schweinepfeffer, Hundepfeffer und Schweinspfeffer bekannt war. Die früheren Quellen für Sichuanpfeffer stammen von Zanthoxylum armatum, einer Pflanze aus der Familie der Rautengewächse, unter anderem von den Stielen und Wurzeln, wobei auch Blätter und Früchte medizinisch verwendet werden können. In alten Aufzeichnungen wurde das Hauptanbaugebiet hauptsächlich als Yunzhong (heute das Tokto-Gebiet in der Inneren Mongolei) genannt, es gibt auch Aufzeichnungen in den Provinzen Zhejiang, Hunan, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan und Taiwan; heutzutage ist diese Pflanze südlich von Shandong bis nach Hainan, Taiwan, Tibet und andere Gebiete verbreitet. Die Wurzeln können das ganze Jahr über geerntet werden, die Früchte werden im Herbst geerntet; im Altertum wurden die Wurzeln und Stiele hauptsächlich zum Einkochen und Einweichen verwendet, heutzutage werden die Wurzeln meist in dünnen Scheiben als Rohstoffe medizinisch verwendet, die Früchte werden nach leichtem Anbraten medizinisch verwendet; Sichuanpfeffer ist bitter im Geschmack und leicht warm, im Altertum wurde es zur Behandlung von Wind-Kälte-Rheuma, Gelenkschmerzen, Quetschungen und Gliederschmerzen eingesetzt, heute wird seine Wirkung zusammengefasst als vertreiben von Wind und Kälte, Energie bewegen und Schmerzen lindern, zur Behandlung von rheumatoider Arthritis, Zahnschmerzen, Prellungen und Schwellungen sowie als Entwurmungsmittel verwendet. Zweiflügeliger Zanthoxylum wurde zuerst unter dem Namen Erd-Hauswurzel erwähnt und erstmals im Compendium of Materia Medica der Qing-Dynastie, auch unter dem anderen Namen Zwei-Seiten-Nadel bekannt, in der jüngeren Zeit wurde jedoch hauptsächlich Zweiflügeliger Zanthoxylum als richtig angesehen, dieser wurde aus den getrockneten Wurzeln der Zanthoxylum nitidum verwendet, hauptsächlich aus den Provinzen Guangxi und Guangdong; ganzjährig kann geerntet werden, nach der Ernte waschen, schneiden, trocknen; Zweiflügeliger Zanthoxylum ist scharf, bitter, warm und leicht giftig; es hat die Funktionen, das Blut zu bewegen und Blutstauungen aufzulösen, die Energie zu bewegen und Schmerzen zu lindern, den Wind zu vertreiben und die Gefäße zu öffnen sowie Gifte zu neutralisieren und Schwellungen zu beseitigen. Basierend auf den Erkenntnissen ist klar, dass der alte Sichuanpfeffer und der heutige Zweiflügelige Zanthoxylum nicht dieselbe Art sind. Der Artikel berichtigt den Irrtum einiger Gelehrter, dass der heutige Zweiflügelige Zanthoxylum dasselbe sei wie der alte Sichuanpfeffer und schlägt vor, dass in klassischen Rezepten, die Sichuanpfeffer enthalten, Zanthoxylum armatum verwendet wird, während in Rezepten, die Zweiflügeliger Zanthoxylum enthalten, Zanthoxylum nitidum verwendet werden soll.
