Resümee

Chronisch obstruktive Lungenerkrankung (COPD) ist eine der drei weltweit führenden Todesursachen. Es handelt sich um eine komplexe systemische Erkrankung mit hoher Prävalenz, hoher Mortalität, hoher Behinderungsrate, häufigen akuten Exazerbationen und verschiedenen extrapulmonalen Komorbiditäten. Die Pathogenese ist komplex, und die westliche Medizin verfügt derzeit über keine wirksame spezifische Therapie zur vollständigen Heilung. Traditionelle chinesische Medizin zeichnet sich durch multikomponentige und mehrzielige Eigenschaften aus, die bei der Behandlung von COPD Vorteile durch mehrfaches Eingreifen in verschiedene Phasen, Wege und Mechanismen bieten. Daher ist die Anwendung chinesischer medizinischer Prinzipien zur Erforschung der COPD-Pathogenese und zur Entdeckung wirksamer Behandlungsmedikamente ein Kernpunkt der modernen Forschung. Tiermodelle sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil der medizinischen Forschung; die Wahl geeigneter Tiere, die Anwendung vernünftiger Modellierungsverfahren zur Nachbildung stabiler Tiermodelle, die klinische Manifestation und physiopathologische Merkmale von COPD exakt abbilden, sowie die Anwendung geeigneter Bewertungstechniken zur Feststellung des Erfolgs der Modelle sind grundlegende Aufgaben experimenteller Studien. Die Beobachtung der Intervention chinesischer Arzneimittel an COPD-Tiermodellen, die Erkundung spezifischer Wirkwege und Regulationsmechanismen sowie die Entdeckung wirksamer Einzelbestandteile, Einzelkräuter und chinesischer Rezepturen bilden das Herzstück experimenteller Forschung. Aktuelle Untersuchungen zu COPD-Tiermodellen umfassen hauptsächlich den Modellaufbau, die Modellbewertung, Wirksamkeitsbeobachtung und Mechanismenforschung. In den letzten Jahren gab es keine systematische Zusammenfassung, Aktualisierung und Reflexion der Forschung zur chinesischen Medizin in COPD-Tiermodellen. Diese Studie gibt einen Überblick über die Auswahl der Modelltiere, die Herstellung von COPD-Tiermodellen, Bewertungsmethoden sowie die Intervention chinesischer Arzneimittel in diesen Modellen, fasst den Forschungsstand zusammen, identifiziert bestehende Probleme und strebt Verbesserungen an, um wissenschaftliche Forschung und klinische Behandlung von COPD zu unterstützen.
