Verglichen mit der Blankoserumgruppe verbesserten die drei Nieren-tonisierenden Arzneimittel-Medikamentenserum die MHC-II, CD80 und CD86-Ausdrucksebenen auf der Oberfläche der RAW264.7-Zellen, verbesserten ihre Phagozytosefähigkeit gegenüber den Tumorzellen und reduzierten den IL-6-Gehalt und erhöhten den NO-Gehalt (P<0,05, P<0,01). Fazit: Die drei Nieren-tonisierenden Arzneimittel können die Inzidenz von Tumoren bei Mäusen reduzieren, und ihr Mechanismus könnte mit der Aktivierung der RAW264.7-Zellen, der Steigerung ihrer Phagozytosefähigkeit gegenüber den Brustkrebszellen und der Regulierung der IL-6- und NO-Sekretion zusammenhängen.
