Das UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS-System wurde zur Charakterisierung und Identifizierung der chemischen Bestandteile in der Dekoktion von Ginseng und Schisandra eingesetzt. Es wurden 137 Bestandteile im negativen Ion-Modus und 80 Bestandteile im positiven Ion-Modus identifiziert, und insgesamt 185 Bestandteile, hauptsächlich Triterpenoid-Verbindungen (49) und Flavonoid-Verbindungen (54), wurden nach Entfernung von Duplikaten erhalten. Die Assoziationsnetzwerkanalyse zwischen Rezepten und Syndromen ergab, dass der „Energiestoffwechsel“ ein dominantes Wirkungsglied in der Behandlung des Milz- und Lungen-Qi-Mangels mit der Dekoktion von Ginseng und Schisandra ist. Die Ergebnisse des molekularen Dockings zeigten, dass sieben Bestandteile, darunter Adenosin, Lignan II, Lignan III, Ginsenosid Rg1, Glycyrrhizin B2, Glycyrrhizin E2 und Stigmasterol, die von den vier Arzneimittelbestandteilen der Dekoktion abgeleitet wurden, über sechs Ziele, darunter das Tumornekrosefaktor (TNF), die Glyceraldehyd-3-phosphat-Dehydrogenase (GAPDH), das cyclische AMP-Response-Element-Bindungsprotein 1 (CREB1), Interleukin (IL)-6, das Peroxisom-Proliferator-aktiviertes-Rezeptor α (PPARα) und das Nukleärer Faktor kappa B1 (NF-κB1) eine regulatorische Wirkung auf den Energiestoffwechsel ausüben könnten, um Symptome im Zusammenhang mit einem Milz- und Lungen-Qi-Mangel zu verbessern. Diese Studie hat eine Methode zur schnellen Charakterisierung und Identifizierung der chemischen Bestandteile in der Dekoktion von Ginseng und Schisandra durch Flüssig-Massen-Kopplungsanalyse etabliert, das Verständnis der Zusammensetzung von Substanzen in dieser Verordnung erweitert und sieben Bestandteile entdeckt, die über das dominierende Wirkungsglied des „Energiestoffwechsels“ Symptome im Zusammenhang mit dem Milz- und Lungen-Qi-Mangel verbessern könnten, was als Referenz für die Erkundung von Substanzstandards und Wirkmechanismen bei der weiteren Forschung der Dekoktion von Ginseng und Schisandra, einer klassischen chinesischen Verordnung, dient.
