“The omics technology has the characteristics of high-throughput, dynamism, and comprehensiveness, providing a new technical platform for identifying biomarkers with diagnostic potential, realizing the objectivity of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment, and developing precise targeted treatment of traditional Chinese medicine formulas. This study introduces its research progress in the field of osteoarthritis, systematically reviews the application of omics technology in the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine, provides reference for diagnostic research, and opens up new directions for expanding traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment research.”
